THE NEO NEO DADA QUESTIONNAIRE, 2022 - artwork for free
The question that gives attention. And the voices which reply.
This NEO NEO DADA QUESTIONNAIRE is inspired and copied by a similar concept of philosophical, entertaining idols such as Max Frisch, Marcel Proust or James Lipton. Next to the 64 linear questions that you can find on the poster, the random layout creates new questions and slogans, waiting for reactions. The print exists 250 times and is for free to take home. The questionnaire is meant to be a starting point, so that your answers and following discussions are the real NEO NEO DADA way bringing you to the essence of the artwork.
The NNDDQ was first shown next to the artwork WHY A MANIFESTO and with references to DADA collages of Hannah Höch and Kurt Schwitters in the Chapelle Jeanne d'Arc in Paris as part of the exhibtion VOCI UMANE curated by Pascal Mouisset and Marie Gayet.
*POST GENDER SUN*, 2021 - solidarity sign + curated vintage fashion pieces
Out of a list of the most used gender signs, next to the best known female and male ones, the Fake Factory created a combination and all* - inclusive sign (or sun) to make an ally statement of a better tomorrow, which we hope can already take place today and where you can be everybody and anybody, be from everywhere and / or you do not have to define.
THIS IS A PRODUCT OF PROCRASTINATION BY THE FAKE FACTORY, fashion collection, 35 pieces, 2021
The Fake Factory upcycled unsold vintage clothes, embroidered the *SUN* in collaboration with DEBBIE.STUDIO and resold these unique pieces at the exhibition FÊTE PERMANENTE 2021 in Paris. We donated half of the earnings directly to Trakine e.V., trans-kinder-netz.de, an association which helps trans*kids in Germany and Europe.
Y A MANIFESTO, 2018 until 2022 - installation views
The NEO NEO DADA concept follows the idea to adabt each of your installation to the current moment of time and exhibition space. For each individual installation we selected photos of the work Y A MANIFESTO fitting best to the political situation and statement we wanted to make. In this way you re-create new relationships inbetween the images, your interpretation can go into new directions, you can see new things in already-seen images and you underline your new messages.
In this picture gallery you will find different exhibition spaces and the topics that leant them to the way they appear.
THE RIGHT TO EXIST, 2022 - street art happening/ tear-off note
